Staple leather pieces are key to your closet collection. Anything black as well. You can throw a vest over it, a blazer, neat pattern cardi, layer necklaces, belt it, scarf it up or go simple with a pop designer or classic handbag. Also, on your feet the options are endless....short booties, sandals, tall boots if the dress is short enough, loafers with socks, peep toes, etc...you get the point. Be creative in what you wear. It's like your blank painting pallet...make of it what you want to represent.

I just saw a posting from one of my favorite fashion bloggers of Cai Guo-Qiang's masterpieces and I laughed b/c I actually got to see this exhibit at the Guggenheim in NYC last year. It was the most amazing real life art that you've ever seen. So real it was kinda creepy walking under the wolves as you checked it out. My mouth was open in awe the entire time I walked the museum!
