Had to attend Project in Vegas and of course it falls during fashion week every year. But luckily, I made it to one fashion show this season! Rebecca Minkoff's Fa12 collection show. It was full to the brim of young fashionistas & the people who think they're important. Its so funny, but true! The collection looked fantastic, an awesome everyday wear. Inspired by Ewan McGregors, "Long Way Round" motorcycle trip documentary. Oh and rapper Theophlius London opened the show! That was definitely a different touch.

Bagsnob doing her homework, good one! Thakoon just launched their first line of bags. Like she said..they didn't re-invent the wheel here, they just updated the classic messenger with a double sided twist. I dig it.

Alexandre Herchcovitch Fall 2010 in the Salon at Bryant Park.

WOW. What an amazing show this was. My mouth dropped because of all the detail and sparkle on each outfit that walked down the runway. My sister & I went to check out this show 2 days ago and fell in love! The use of lace, swarovski crystals, sick leather buckle up boots (get me a pair of those!!), plaids, silk, fish nets, head wraps with chain, I can keep going on and on....we were flabbergasted on how amazing it all looked trotting past us. I went to the Perry Ellis RTW Fall 2010 collection show on Monday night and what a blast that was! Great change to see beautiful men walking down the catwalk. All of them had such chiseled faces and nice hair....oh well I should be talking about how great the clothing was, opps! SO yeah, the pieces were perfect for the everyday male. Definitely check it out.

Twinkle by Wenlan Fall 2010 was another show I was able to attend this Saturday night at the infamous Bryant Park Promenade space. It was packed out with people snapping shots of the huge runway & bright lights as amazing silk and wool pieces stomped down the catwalk.
